It is so yummy dessert, very easy to make.
Peel the bananas and thickly slice. roughly chop the chocolate and set aside.
In the frying pan, tos the bananas with half the sugar, then fry for a few minutes until the bnanas are slightly caramelized and the sugar is melted. Divide the bananas among the glasses.
Whisk the remaining sugar with the coconut milk and creme fraiche, then divide among the dishes.
Sprinkle over the chocolate and chill for an hour before serving.
