We love such food, every year in a summer we do it very often. It is very easy to make and very tasty.
Cook the broad bean in a saled boiled water abot 2-3 minutes, or until slighty soft. Then drain them, keep worm.
In a big frying pan fry beckon until crispy and golden brown. Then add chopped onion and fry another a few minutes or until soften.
Put the warm broad beans into deep bowl and add the fried beckon with onion. Stir gently. Season with solt.
