This is very old recipe, my mom made the chicken in this way, we love it 🙂 Wash the chicken and divide into pieces, season with salt, black pepper, hot and sweet paprika powder. In a bog frying pan heat the olil and put the chicken slices on it. Fry until the chicken is golden brown from two sides.
Add the mushrooms and fry for 3 minutes, then add the tomato pasta, marjoram, dried mushrooms. Pour the water over the meat to cover in half the meat. Bring to the boil, season to taste if needed, reduce the heat and cook until chicken is soft.
If the sauce is too thin, mix 1 tablespoon of flour in a little water and add to the boiling sauce.
Serve with cooced potatoes or pasta, with rice will be nice too.
