Very easy and quick to make.
In a saltd water cook the potatoes and beans until tender. Drain them and put aside.
Heat the oil in a frying pan add the cumin, sweet paprika poder,chopped chillied, chopped garlic, grated ginger, fry about 30 second still stirring. Then add the chicken strips, cuted in half tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, and fry about 1 minute.
Pour in the coconut milk, lenon juice, potatoes, beans, chopped spring onions. Cook for another 5 minutes. Season if needed.
When the dish is ready garnish with chopped parsley or coriander.
