This is recipe for low calorie treat, perfect for people who want to loose weight and cut off sugar.


Use to round cake tin about 20 cm. Heat the oven to 180 C and lightly grease cake tin.

Base of cake – melt the butter and syrop in a pan, then stir in catcakes and almonds until well mixed and coated. Press firmly into the base of the tin to make a compact layer, then bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and increase it 240 C


To make the filling – mash the bananas in a large bowl. Add the ricotta, yogurt, eggs, syrup, vanilla, and almonds. Beat with a electric mixer until everything is very well mixed. Pour over the base, scatter over the blueberries and bake for 10 minutes, then turn down to 110 C and cook for 35 minutes more.

It should still have a bit wobble in the middle when you gently shake the tin. Turn off the oven and leave the chessecake inside to cool and set. Chill before serve.

Serve with extra blueberries. It was really yummy.
