It is very popular dish in Poland. You have to tray, it is so yummy.
Soak the beans in wather overnight, then drain. Put the beans to the pot, add water , salt, black pepper and bring to the boil.
Preheat the pan withoil to high add chopped onions and fry until onions are golden brown, add to beans.
On the same pan fry sausage until golden brown, add to beans , and than fry mushrooms until cooked + all water evaporated, add to bean too.
Add remaning ingredients. Bring to the boil.
Continue to cook over medium heat until beans are soft , keep stirrning.
There is big portion so I suggest to freeze it.
Serve with bread or roll.
