It is very easy to make, just 30 minutes and it is ready to serve. It is really, really nice.
Scatter the blueberry on the base of the heatproof dish. Spring with the sugar and gently stir. Spoon over the mascarpone.
Rub the butter into the flour or whizz in a food processor until it looks like fine breadcrumbs. Add the sugar and natural jogurt. Stir until evently combined, but do don’t overmix, the texture schuld be like crumble.
Spoon the crumble mixture onto the fruit and mascarpone.
Bake in the preheated oven to 220C for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on the top, but fruit is bubbling.
Serve hot with scoop of vanilla ice cream.
