This potato are so tasty. It is very quick and simple to make.
Cook the potato in a saucepan of salted boiling water till tender. Drain thoroughly.
To prepare the sauce – mix together the cream, nutmeg, vegetable cube, season with salt and black pepper.
Melt the butter in a frying pan add the leeks and fray till soft. Season with salt and black pepper. Pour cream into the pan, mix. Season with salt and pepper if needed. Poor the mixture into ovenproof dish and cover with potatoes. Sprinkle with thyme.
Cook in the preheated oven, 240 C till potatoes becomes golden brown on the top.
I served this potatoes with fried fishes. Was really, really nice.
