Trim any excess fat from the chicken thigh fillets and cut them in half. Sprinkle the chicken with salt, black pepper, oregano, paprika sweet and chilli. Fry the chickenuntil it is golden brown. Pour in cream and water, add the chopped peppers , simmer slowly until chicken is cooked ( about 15 minute ) Serve with rice or pasta.

Serve it with potatoes.
