Very yummy cake, I recommended
Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water. When the chocolate has melted, add the buttermilk , add stir well.
Remove the pan from the heat and cool slightly. Beat the yolks lightly and mix in the chocolate miksture. Sieve the flour, mix the soda with milk. When the chocolate mixture is cool add flour, a little at a time. Then add the soda and mix again. Add the raisins and almonds flakes, mix well.
Lightly grease a cake tin, and spoon the mixture into the tin and smooth the surface.
Bake in preheated oven, 170 C abot 60 minutes, . turn out on to a wire rack to cool.
Frosting – Put the marshmallow and milk in a small saucepan and heat very gently until the marshmallow have melted. Remove the pan from the heat and leave to cool.
Whisk the egg whites until soft peaks form, add the sugar and continue whisking. Hold the egg white into the marshmallow frosting, and set aside for 15 minutes.
Cover the chocolate cake with the marshmallow frosting, sprinkle grated milk chocolate .over the frosting.
