This is the Polish way of serving mash potato.
Leave the boiled potatoes to cool down, then mince them. Add the eggs, flour, salt. Knead the dough. Divide the dough into portions to form rolls about 1,5 cm thick.
Cut into dough into slanting pieces. Throw them in batches into lightly salted boiling water, and cook until they rise to the surface. Drain them.
Serve with hunter’s sauce.
