This easy risotto is baked in the oven. The resuly tastes just as good.
Cut the chicken into big pieces. Season with salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, smoked paprika.chili. Mix well and leave for a while.
Heat the oil on the frying pan, then fry the chopped onion until softened. Turn up the heat and add the rice, stir and fry 1 minute. Pour in the wine and cook until evaporated. Add the chopped garlic, tomato, stock, pappers, mushrooms, chicken, fry, stir for 5 minutes.
Season with salt, black pepper and chilli if needed.
Heat the oven to 200 C, put the dish there an bake for 20 minutes.Dish should be covered.
Before serve and scatter with parmesan cheese. garnish with parsley.
