In a small bawl beat the egg add pinch of salt, put aside, then to the second bawl put the breadcrumbs
Remove the skin and cut into pieces, season with salt and black pepper. Dip the fish in the egg then coat in the breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry slowly in a medium- high heat and turn them out.
When the fish is ready, put on a plate. Serve warm with fries and coleslaw.
