Very easy to make, I love lamp.
Cut the limp into thin slices. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry until the meat loses color of raw meat, add the carrot, leek, garlic,continue frying for a few minutes, season with salt and black pepper. Pour the wine in and cook until the alcohol evaporates.
Add the bay leaves, tomato pasta,chilli, spring of oregano, spring of rosemary, vegetable cube and water to cover the meat. Check the taste and season with salt and pepper.
Cook in a low heat until meat becomes tender.
Serve with rice. It is so nice, we love it 🙂
