It is very old recipes, my mum is doing it from ages. The meat cut into the strips, heat the oil in a big frying pan add the bacon and fry until slightly cripsy, then add onion and fry unitl the onion becomes a soft. Remove everthing from the pan and put aside. On the same frying pan fry the beef strips until golden add back the onion and bacon, season with salt and black pepper, stir well. Pour in the water , just to cover the meat. Add the dried mushrooms and simmer in a medium-high heat.
Simmer it until the meat becomes soft enough for you. Add the water if needed. In a mug mix the flour and some water to get smooth mixture. Bring the sauce to the boil and add the flour mixture into the sauce to thicken. Switch off the heat and add the cream, mix well, garnish with parsley.
Serve with potatoes or pasta.
