It is Polish recipe of orange cake, we serve it in the Easter time.

Beat the eggs and sugar until smooth and double in volume. Slowly add the sifted flours, baking powder, mix slowly.

Melt the butter and add boiling butter very slowly in the eggs mixture. While stirring, add the orange juice and zest. Mix well. If you want you can add orange extract to get more orange taste.

Bake in preheated oven to 190C ,  for 50-60 minutes or until a skwer comes out clean when inserted into the centre of cake. Allow to cool for 10 minutes in the tin before turning out onto a wire rack. Make the chocolate icing  and pour over the cake.
