This is my next suggestion for meat in mushroom sauce, I love such dish, yummy
Clean and dry the meat, then cut into the 0,5 cm slices, set aside. Heat the oil in a big frying pan and add the chopped onion, fry until slightly soft, take them out from a frying pan and put aside. On the same frying pan fry the pork loin slices until they become slitely brown, sprinkle meat with flour, season with salt and black pepper, dried herbs, mix well. Then add the mushrooms, sliced leek and fry for another a few minutes, stirring every minute. Pour over the meat the water add pink peppercorns, onions, bring to the boil, check taste and season if needed.
Add the cream, mix well and pour everything into ovenproof dish and bake in preheated oven to 220 C for 20-30 mnutes or until tender
Serve with pasta with one tablespoon of extra thick cream on the top.
