Cut the meat into a 1 cm slices, season with salt, black pepper, chilli powder, dried thyme. Heat the oil in a frying pan and put the meat slices, fry until golden brown on the both side.
Cut the onion into slices and fry until slightly soft.
Pour the water in, add the mustard, dried mushrooms and remaining ingredients, season if needed. Cook in a low heat until the meat is tender. Add the cream, mix well and serve with cooked potatoes.
