It is my proposal of potato pancakes, there were so tasty.
Peel nad coarsely grate the potatoes, leave the potatoes to drain into a bowl. Pour off the clear liquid from the bowl and add the potatoes to the starch sediment. Then add eggs,grated onion, flour, salt,black pepper, mix well. Set aside for a while.
To prepare th mushrooms sauce – melt the butter and the chopped onion and fry until slightly golden. Then add halved or quatered mushrooms, season with salt and black pepper. Fry it about 5 minuts, shaking the pan frequently. Pour in the cream, stir until boiling and simmer until slightly reduced. Stir in the chopped parsley and seasoning if necessary.
Fry the potatoes pancakes until golden brown on both sides. Keep hot and make the remaining pancakes in the same way.
Stack up the pancakes on a plate and keep warm.
Serve the potato pancakes topped with mushroom sauce.
