Knead dough until smooth. Divide dough into 8 portions, roll portions into balls. Cover, stand for 5 minutes.
Roll balls on lightly floured surface to round about 10 cm in diameter. Spread extra yogurt over each round, spring with poppy seeds, Leave to rinse slightly.
Bake in warm oven, 180C for 12-15 minutes, or until browned and crisp.
