I have done this salad for my lunch, I was so happy, because it was so yummy 🙂
Wash the salad and drain, place on the big platter add the tomatoes. Set aside.
Cut the cheese in bars, chili and garlic very finely. Melt the butter in a frying pan add the olive oil and then fry chillies and garlic about 1 minute. Add the cheese and fry until slightly golden. At the end add the scallops and cook just for a minute, do not fry to long, because they will be hard. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Everthing from the frying pan scatter on the top. Serve immediately with fresh bread
