I used to make this dishes the pork chop but also it would be good with chicken breast as well.
The pork chop cut into 1/2 inch /1 cm cubes, place the meat in a bowl add the soya sauce, white wine vinegar, ketchup, some salt, black pepper, mix well and cover it, leave for half a hour. Heat the oil in a wok add the chopped onion and fry until the onion becomes tender. Then add the meat and fry for 3 minutes, add the small mushrooms and fry for another 3 minutes
Then dissolve the vegetable stock cube in half a liter of boiling water , pour over the meat, bring to boil, Add the ananas, bamboo shoots,then reduce temperature and simmer until the meat will be enough soft for you. During cooking you can add some water if needed. Season with salt black pepper to taste if you want add some ananas juice to taste . To concentrate sauce mix the corn flour in a little water add it to the boiling sauce, mix well.
Serve with rice or pasta.
