Very easy and tasty meal.
Trim off and any fat from the pork and cut into thin strips about 5 cm/2 inches long. Season with salt, black pepper, sweet and hot paprika powder. Stir well to coat all meat. Heat the oil in a big frying pan and fry the sliced onions until soft. Take the onion out from the frying pan and put into slow cook dish.
Put the apple slices over the onions.
Put the meat on the frying pan and fry until slightly golden. Then add cuted mushrooms onto thick slices, and fry another a few minutes, stirring frequently.
Pour water in the meat, add the tomato and cook and stir for one minute. Season with salt and black pepper. Pour everything from the pan in the slow cooker. Spring with the fluor,stir slightly, cover.
Cook in a low heat for 4-5 hours. Add the cream, garnish with chopped parsley.
Serve with potatoes, pasta, rice, that up of you.
