Seperate the eggs. Beat the butter with sugar until fluffy, add the egg yolks and after that the flour.
Whisk the egg whites stiff and also add to the dough.
Put 1/3 of the dough into the spring form (26 cm) Crumble the biscuits and put 1/3 of them onto the dough.
Bake it for about 10 minutes in 180C until it is gold.
Do this to more times and cut one the 3 grounds into 12 pieces while is still worm.
Cut the aplles into cubes and add the lemon juice. Stir 4 tbsp apple juice and 100 g sugar and custard powder. Boil the rest of apple juice. Mix the custard powder you did before into the apple juice and boil again.
Add the apples and flavour it with cinamon.
Put away 4 tbso or a bit more of the apple mix and put the rest of it onto one of the grounds.
After you’re put the next ground on the apple mix, let it cool off.
Whisk stiff the cream with vanilla sugar and put onto the second ground. Put the rest of the apple mix onto the cream in 10 small piles.
On the top of this place the 10 cut ground pieces in a fan-shaped way.
In the end dust it with sugar powder. Keep it a cool place.
