With an electric beater, whisk the egg yolks add the running honey, milk, vanilla extract . Put the flour, baking powder, oasts into a large bowl and stir together, then pour it into the egg yolks mixture and combine.
In the seperate bowl with an electric beater, whisk the egg whites until stiff, then carefully fold into the batter.
Heat the frying pan to medium-high, and lightly brush with butter. Drop 3 tablespoons of the batter into the pan, leaving space in between, as the pancake will spread. Cook until bubbles will come to the surface, when golden, turn the pancake over and cook a further 2 minutes until golden.
Serve topped with running fruid sauce or dusted icing sugar.
