I love this bread 🙂
- 3/4 cup of water
- 1 egg
- 100g mascarpone cheese
- 75g grated parmesan cheese
- 75g Gorgonzola cheese, cut into small dice
- 400g white bread flour
- 50g Granary flour
- 7 ml dried yeast
- 2 tso sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Add the water, egg, yeast, mascarpone cheese, flours, salt, sugar. Set the machine to the dough setting, press start. Add the Gorgonzola, Prmesan cheese as the machine beeps or during the last 5 minutes of kneading. Lightly oil the baking sheet. When the dough cycle has finished, place the dough on a floured surface. Knock back gently, then shape it into a round loaf. Cover and leave in a warm place to rise.
Preheat the oven to 200C
Mix the egg yolk and water together and brush this glaze over the top of the bread. spring with the cheese. Score the top of the bread into eight equal segments. Bake for 30-35 minutes, then turn out on to a wire rack to cool.
