With the electric mixer beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and vanilla extract until fluffy. Add the sifted flours, baking powder in the eggs mixture and mix well. Melt the butter and add hot butter into the mixture without interrupting mixing.
Raisins pour boiling water, leave for a few minutes, then drain and add to the dough,
Drop the mixture into greased tin and bake at 200 c for 10 minutes then reduce heat to 180c and bake another 50 minutes.
Stand cake in tin for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack over a tray to cool completely. Simmer the glaze and pour over cake.
