This is so easy and tasty cake, I got this recipe from my friend Grażyna. She brought this cake in New Year’s  party, every body were deliced of this cake, just a few minutes and cake disappeared 🙂 Cake is very long fresh and , not dry, sill yummy. Even kids can make this cake without a problem 🙂

Very finely chop chocolate, banana crush with a fork, lightly beaten eggs, melt the butter and leave to cool. In a big bowl to combine the butter, chocolate,bananas, sugar, sour cream, eggs, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla extract,flour, mix well.

Preheat the oven to 180C.

Spoon into the prepared tin and bake for 60 minutes, or until a skwer comes out clean when inserted into the centre of the cake. Cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool.

As the cake is cool, you can pour the melted chocolate over the cake.
