It is perfect dish for Sunday lunch.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the meat and fry until slightly golden. Then add onions and mushrooms, fry another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.Season with salt, black pepper and sweet paprika powder. Pour in the tomato and water and fry in low heat for one hour.
Add the pepper and cook until meat becoms soft. If you want you can use the slow cooker.
Season to taste if necessary. If you like spicy food, add 1-2 chillies.
Serve with barley, wild rice, pasta, or cooked potatoes.
