I love chia seeds and use them all the time. It takes minutes to make and has enough protein and nutrients to be quick, on – the – go breakfast option.
Pour all ingredients apart strawberries into a jar or glass container and mix well with the spoon. Place it in the refrigerator for a last 4 hour or overnight to let gel.
Next day blend the some of strawbeeries until smooth and add into a jar. Blend slightly. On the top put remaining strawberries.
