This is so nice dish, super for familly and friends.
Remove any visible fat from the chicken and cut the meat into 1 in cubes. Put the tikka masalam paste, plain yogurt, garlic, green chilli, red chilli, tomato pasta, lemon juice, cumin into a bowl. Add the chicken, stir well and leave to marinade for at least 2 hours.
Remove thr chicken from the marinade and thread the chicken pieces on to wooden kebab skewers. Preheat the broiler. Brush the chicken pieces lightly with the melted butter and broil under a medium heat for 15 minutes, turning the skewers occasionally. Or like me fry them on the grill frying pan.
Meanwhile, melt the knob of butter and fry the chopped onion until slightly golden. Then add remanning marinate, water and cook under medium heat for 15 minutes or until the water to evaporate.
Remove the chickenpieces from the skewers and add to the frying pan, then simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve with naan bread and garnish with fresh coriander
