I love this soup, yummy


Roughly chop the asparagus, then add into vegetable stock , Finely chop the carrot, and celery, put into the soup.

Salt and black pepper to taste.


Bring to the boil, cover the pot and simmer gently for a few minutes until the vegetables are soft.

Remove from the heat, leave to cool slightly and then stir cream with the philadelphia, slowly add to soup.

Process or blend the mixture until the soup is completely smooth.


Ready to drink.
