Very easy and quick recipe of apple cake. 

Mix all the ingredients of the dough into a smooth consistency.

Transfer to a greased form (25 x 30 cm).

Quarter, peel, core, and thickly slice the apples, and put them on the top. Bake in a preheated oven to 170 C about 40-45 minutes.
