Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.

Roll out pastry and use to line an 20 cm flan dish.


To make eggs flan -chop the salmon into small pieces add halved tomatoes.

Beat together the eggs and cream. add pepper and stir in chives, Pour this into the flan.


Bake in preheated oven at 200C for 35-40 minutes.
