Chop the onion, carrots, garlic, sellery sticks, parsley stems, chilli,
Heat the oil in a frying pan , fry slowly until soft, but not brown.
Pour the water into the pot, add 1 stock cube and bring to a boil. Soft vegetables from frying pan, tomatoes, ginger grated add into the water, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Drop chopped cod fillets into the hot soup, add 3 tablespoon of rice. Simmer gently for 10 minute.
Chop the parsley and scatter over the soup.
Taste and season with pepper and chilli. The soup must be hot.
