I useed the bread machine to make it.


Pour the water into bread machine pan, add the remaining ingredients. Set the bread machine to the dough setting, press start.

When the dough cycle has finished remove the dough from the machine.

Leave in the a warm place for about 20-30 minute, the dough must doubled in size.

Meanwhile , preheat the oven to 220 C

Mix the water and salt for the glaze in a bowl , then brush the mixture over the top of the bread.

Bake for 30-40 minutes, until the bread will be golden brown.
