Very easy to make, even children can manage with it.

Silt the flour and salt into a large mixing bowl. Add the yeast, worm milk, oil, egg, and mix with a hand to a soft dough.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic.
Roll out, cut the dough into squores 10x10cm

Put the cheese and sausage, sprinkle with oregano, roll up.

Brush the top with yolk.

Put them in hot oven and bake for 10 minute at 180 C until crips and golden.

Serve immediately with ketchap.
