Heat the oil in a frying pan add the onion and fry until just tender, then  cut the meat into 1/2 inch /1 cm cubes, heat the oil in a frying pan, put the meat and fry for 3 minutes, sprinkle with the flour to coat the meat, season with salt, black pepper, sweet paprika. Fry, stirring  until browned all over, add the tommato add water and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally, cover the pan and reduce the heat,  simmer until soft, add the more water if necessary.

Serve with barley, garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
