I love Thai curry, taste of this dish is so yummy. Very simple to make.
Pour the coconut milk into a wok over a medium heat. Bring the cocont milk to the boil stirring constantly for 1 minute. Add the curry paste, fish sauce,kaffir lime leaves,garlic, red chillies and cook for another 1 minute.
Then add the turkey, bamboo shoots and half bunch of fresh coriander. Season with salt and black pepper if necessary. Bring back to the boil over a medium heat and cook for 5 minutes.
Serve with rice, pitta or naan bread.
