I love prawns , it is tasty and full of colors. It is a small portion for two people.
Wash and dry prawns, chopp the garlic, chilli deeseed and slice, tomatoes wash and cut into half. Squeeze the lemon juice over the prawns, leave for a while.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the garlic, chilli and fry until you will feel small of garlic. Then add halved tomatoes and fry until slightly soft. Pour in the prawns and fry for another 1 minute. Seson with salt.
Add the cheese and simmer until meltet, stir well. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with garlic bread.
It was really yummy.
