Very nice cheese sauce with salmon and pasta. I have done this dish for my children. They want somthing new, when there are caming to visit me. This time was waiting for them salmon with cheese sauce. It was really nice.
Wash the salmon, remove the skin and cut into small pieces. Season with salt and black pepper.
To prepare the sauce – Melt the batter in a large fring pan. Stir the flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constinuously. Remove from the heat and gradually stir in the milk. Put it back to the heat and cook, stirring until the sauce has thickened. If the sauce is not smooth, remove it from the frying pan and bleand with a blender. Retur to the pan and add the salmon and all cheese and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese melted and salmon will be cooked.
Cook the pasta and drain and put on the plane. Pur over the pasta sauce and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
