Very healthy breakfast, cook it the day before and in the morning you just need to heat  up 🙂

Heat the water and milk in a saucepan until boiling add the honey or sugar, salt and pour in the oats stirring continuosly. Allow to return to the boil then add the raising and goji , then reduce the temperature and continue to stir for 8-10 minutes.
