One of my favorite dish. I just love it.
Wash the seafood abd salmon under cold running water and pat dry with kitchen paper. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the chopped onion, garlic, ground coriander. Fry for a few minutes. Add the chopped chilli, cuted celery and tomatoes.
Add the Ajwar souce and water, mix it and bring to the boil. Season with salt and black pepper. Then add the pasta and cook until the pasta is almost cooked.
Add the prawns and salmon and cook until there are cooced through.
Garnish with chopped parsley and coriander. If will be to thick, add some water, bring to the boil. Season if needed.
