You can serve such rolls with curry food. There are so tasty.
Combine yeast, sugar, water and 1/2 cup of the flour in a small bowl, stir until smooth. Cover, stand in a warm place for about 15 minutes.
Sift renaining flour into a big bowl, make well in the centre. Pour yeast mixture into dry ingredients.
Stir yogurt, extra water, cumin, egg, ghee and salt. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface, knead for about 7 minutes or until dough is smooth and elastic. Place dough into lightly greased large bowl, cover. Stand in the warm place until dough has doubled in size.
Knead dough until smooth. Divide dough into 8 portions, roll portions into balls. Cover, stand for 5 minutes.
Roll balls on lightly floured surface to round about 10 cm in diameter. Spread extra yogurt over each round, spring with poppy seeds, Leave to rinse slightly.
Bake in warm oven, 180C for 12-15 minutes, or until browned and crisp.
