This recipe is in our family from many years. This cake is really tasty and easy to make.
Butter, sugar nad vanilla extract beat together until smooth. Then add 1 egg at the time, and beat well.
Hold in the flous and baking powder, and beat until evently mixed.
Grease and line the the base of a tin. Heat the oven to 180C
Tip the mixture into the tin and smooth, spread the halves plums on the top of butter mixture, and bake for a 40-45 minutes.
The cake is delicious, sprinkle with powdered sugar and is ready to eat.
