Very delicate and tasty fish. You can serve it with roasted potatoes or French fries.
Remove the skin of the fish fillet and season with salt and black pepper. In a small bowl mix the creme fraiche, pesto, chopped dill.
Pour over and under the fish and put them on the base ovenproof dish. The bottom of the dish must be thinly spread with butter.
On the top distribute small pieces of butter.
Put the dish into the preheated oven to 200 C and bake 25-30 minutes.
