Mix the flour, sugar, egg, milk together in a bowl to make the batter the consistency of thick cream.
Thermomix – put the all ingredients into the mixing pot, time 6 sek, speed 3.
Cook the mixture in batches, drop spoonfuls on to an oiled hot frying pan. (Next pancakes fry whihout oil.)
Keep the grddle at a steady heat and when bubble rise to the surface of the scone and burst, after 1-2 minutes, turn over with a palette knife. Cook for a further 1-2 minutes until golden brown on the other side.
Serw warm, with butter, cream, jam or fruit.
