Możecie użyć gotowego ciasta kruchego lub zrobić samemu. Taka tarta jest pyszna, dobrym pomysłem na kolacje, na imprezy itp
Place the flour, butter, egg yolk in a food processorand process for about 15 seconds until crumbly. Add 1-2 tablespoons of cold water if needed. Process in short bursts until the mixture just comes together, adding a little extra water if necessary. Turn out into onto a lightly floured surface and quickly gather into a ball. Cover the pastry with plastc wrap and refrigerate for at 30 minute.
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Grease a shallow 23cm , take two- thirds of pastry and, on a sheet of baking paper, rool it out thinly to line the tin, pressing it well into the sides, set aside
To make the filling, melt the butter in a pan, add the spring onion, garlic and cook until soft. Add the spinach and cook until pulpy. In a bowl beat the eggs add the cheeses, mix well, then stir it in the spinach mixure, season with salt and black pepper.
Fill the pastry shell with the sipach mixture.
Rool out remaining pastry and cut into 1,5 cm strips. Interweave the pastry strips in a lattice pattern over the top of the tart. Dampen the edge of the pastry base and gently press the strips down. Trim the edges of the pastry by pressing down with your thumb or by rolling a rolling pin across the top of the tin. Then brush with milk.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the pastry is golden.
