Add the water to the pan, add all ingredients apart dill and cream. Bring the mixture slowly to the boil, cover and simmer gently for 20 minutes until the vegetables are soft. Mix the soup with an electric blender until is completely smooth.
Return the soup to the pan, add cream . Bring to the boil. Stir in the dill , reserve the dill to garnish. Ready to serve.
