You are able to prepare such rolls for breakfst, becouse the dough was prepering last evenning.
In a bowl mix the yeast, sugar and water, milk until yeast is creamy. Add both flours, oil, and salt. Turn the doughmout into a lightly floured surface, and knead as is necessary to keep the dough form sticking. Knead until smooth and supple. Put the dough into bowl, cover with cotton cloth and put into the fridge. Leave over the night.
Next day in the morning divide the dough into nine equal pieces and form into round rolls. Place the rolls on a baking sheet, and leave in a warm place to rise. Then brush the rolls with the egg wash.
Put them into preheated oven to 200 C . Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
